BMW intends to set up a new brand consulting department open to third parties

According to the British media reported on November 22, BMW future retail and high-end retail experience director Michele Fuhs revealed that BMW is about to set up a new consulting department to support the company's automotive brand consulting services.
Including Lufthansa and other third-party brands will benefit from, Fuhs frankly, even BMW's competitive brands can also use the service, but some services will be subject to BMW's strategy or terms.
BMW holds a future retail-related seminar in Amsterdam. The theme of the conference focused on how the retail industry, including the automotive industry to deal with the decline in sales, how to survive in today's environment. Fuhs pointed out that the current strategy of digital trade deficiencies, "digital is not the only reason for the reduction of customers.
BMW's sub-brand (Fuhs did not disclose the brand name), will work together with the company to establish brand image, inspired by the idea of Fuhs BMW hotel.
Fuhs did not mention whether the consulting department would adopt a business model like the M or i series, or an independent operation.
