The call Renault-Nissan olive Jerome today its new executive vice president of manufacturing engineering and management of supply chain, effective August 1.
Oliva, 57, will replace Shohei Kimura, who moves to a new position in manufacturing the Nissan Group. Kimura has served as executive vice president of chain management manufacturing engineering and supply since the position was created in April 2014.
Olive currently serves as vice president of European manufacturing and logistics Renault. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing engineering and collaboration among manufacturing companies.
Oliva began with Renault in 1982 and has held various positions related to manufacturing during that period. He was appointed to his current position in manufacturing and logistics at Renault in January 2014.
