Toyota said on Thursday it would recall 466,000 minivans and car worldwide, primarily in the United States, may spare tire brake failure and loss. Japanese carmaker said it is recalling about 16,000 model from the 2013 Lexus GS sedan, because the braking system switch may cause the system while driving, which may cause unexpected vehicle deceleration activated.
