On 3rd August , Jiangling Motors Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as JMC) released the Auto Express in July 2017. It shows that in July, the sales of various types of vehicles were 17,401 units, with an increase of 2.77%. From January to July, the accumulated sales of various types of JMC vehicles were 171157 units, with an increase of 24.08%.
In terms of commercial vehicles, in July, the sales of JMC light truck reached 7112 units, with an increase of 7%; the sales of light bus (Jiangling Teshun) reached 2062 units; the sales of Ford Transit (including Druid European MPV) reached 2559 units, with a decline of 34.4%; the sales of pickup reached 3964 units, with an increase of 1.67%; the sales of heavy truck were still zero.
In terms of the production of commercial vehicles, in July 2017, the production of various types of vehicles were totally 21582 units, with an increase of 29.57%,
From January to July this year, the cumulative production of JMC light truck were 58306 units, with an increase of 6.83%; the cumulative production of Ford Transit were 30806 units, with a decline of 14.23%; the cumulative production of JMC pickup were 37,724 units, with an increase of 19.78%; the cumulative production JMC light bus (Jiangling Teshun) were 14069 units.
In July, the exports of Ford Transit were 600 units, with an increase of 7.14%. From January to July, the total exports of Ford Transit were 3400 units, with a decline of 21.66%.
The semi-annual performance Express of JMC shows that in the first half year, the sales of JMC brand vehicles were 153,756 units, the sales revenue achieved 15.666 billion Yuan and the net profit achieved 553 million Yuan.
In the first half year, thanks to the high monthly sales, JMC achieved such a high sales volume and achieved year on year growth in every month.
Although the sales in July did not reach 20,000 but they were close to 20,000, which opened a good start for the second half of JMC's business.
